Rome or Cinque Terre on Italian Liberation Day 4/25/18?

I'm planning a trip to Italy in April, but trying to determine the dates.

I'm considering traveling to either Rome, Cinque Terre or Sorrento on Italian Liberation Day 4/25/18 which happens to be a Wednesday.

Wondering how crowded it will be or if I should try to avoid the date.

Any advice regarding what to expect in any of those locations on that date?

It's a holiday so people might take their families out and about on that day.
Rome will be particularly crowded both because it's a week with a holiday and because it's always busy in April. Rome will also have commemorating political events/marches with veteran soldiers and partisans and progressive politicians (the fascists don't like that Holiday too much).
Crowds at the Cinque Terre will largely depend on weather conditions. It's not a place to go if rainy.
Sorrento also is affected by weather, but Neapolitans like to hang out there on holidays, so it will be likely busy with day trippers on a family outing.
