Rome: Metropolitana timing

From Spagna, roughly how long is the ride to Termini? I'm guessing it's around ten minutes.

And on a Saturday morning, how frequently do the Metro trains run? That is, if we arrive on the platform just a train is leaving, how long would we expect to wait for the next one.

Per the current ATAC schedule, trains arrive about every five minutes on a Saturday morning. And, yes, the ride from Spagna to Termini should be just a few minutes. Be sure to get on the train headed to Anagnina. It's three stops: Barberini, Repubblica, Termini.
