Apologies as I can't seem to find the answer to this.
If I have the regular 100 minute ticket, which I have already validated on board a bus, can I use that same ticket to get through the metro turnstiles?

Yes. It's good on the buses, trams (although, when we were in Rome last October, I don't think we ever saw a tram!), and the metro for that 100 minutes after validation. Enjoy Roma!

Good for all, although the only tram you might get to use is probably the no. 8 if you stay at Trastevere.

You can also use your ticket to take the train to Ostia Antica if you're so inclined.

You can use it on the Metro but there is a limit of one turnstile entry per ticket, unlike the bus where you can get on and off multiple buses during your 100 minutes.
