Does anyone know of a wash and fold laundry near Hotel Smeraldo? Coming in from Egypt and could use some clean clothes before picking up a cruise.

Yes, in Campo de' Fiori there is a Lava Secco on the north side near Antica Salumeria Viola (the best!) and Fahrenheit 451. We dropped off in the AM and picked our clean, dry, and folded laundry up at 18:00.

Hah, Laurel, also very near Campo de' Fiori on one of the side streets, maybe towards the river, we found a lavanderia that was a former (and still) Internet cafe, run by a couple of Nigerian guys. Spent an interesting hour-and-a-half doing our wash and listening to their stories, as neighborhood guys would stop in and say hello.

If all else fails, you can probably get laundry done on board your cruise ship, either in a laundry room or by the ship laundry service.
