Suggest you stay in Florence for a night or two rather than making 2 day trips if possible

You don’t say when you will be taking this trip but you need to be flexible if the weather turns. For example the trip to the two Tivoli sites would not be fun in the pouring rain, and maybe not in the middle of a 40c heatwave. You also need to be aware that strikes can affect plans for train travel; but at least thet give you ample warning of impending strikes.

I see your hotel is close to the Borghese Gallery with its incredible collection of sculptures by Bernini and paintings by Caravaggio and other greats of the Renaissance. You need to book tickets well in advance.

From Trastevere you could cross the Taber and take a walk through the Jewish Ghetto which has a mix of Roman ruins, including a theatre which was converted to fancy apartments in the 17th Century and reminders of the clearances during WWll. Rick has a guided walk through the area in his Rome guide.

Don't underestimate the impact of jet lag. I know there are more experienced travelers who have a more helpful take, but I try and keep my first full day (day two of your itinerary) on the lighter side.
