I am looking for a small, well priced hotel in central Rome near the Borghese Gardens or the Spanish Steps. Any suggestions?

I would suggest either Hotel Parlemento at www.hotelparlamento.it or Hotel Modigliani.
I've stayed at both and highly recommend them

we stayed at hotel parlamento and it was a great location...the family staff were most helpful always...ask for a larger room and not streetside

Hotel Panda (just google it, it might come up as 'pensione panda'). Just 2 blocks off the Spanish Steps, under 100 Euro. I found it in my
'Lets Go!' book. Super clean, great location, stayed there last September and was really happy with it. I've posted more detail on previous posts, so you might want to just search 'Hotel Panda' in the search box if you're interested. Have a nice trip!
