I leave for Italy with my wife in two days. Am reconfirming my reservations. All well til our last night. Planned to come back to Rome and be early so not hurried to make home bound connections.(week in Rome ETBD) week in Siena with a car to enjoy the country. Now Hotel who took credit card and personal info in Rome A RS Tour Book recomended hotel says. First contact, no res. sorry sir. Second contact I sent back the info they gave for reservation, now they ignore it. No reply. Sorry this is long, but if they dont wish to honor single day reservation, dont take them. Personal info and such, now what

I was real hot when this went down earlier. I think the time difference puts a shift change in the mix,and a chance for the day shift to look into it is fair. I am looking for input from other travelers, any like experiences. If I dont get help, or a reply from them, in the morning.I think it would be good to let others be aware. I believe a new booking while I am in Rome will work well, its two weeks between arrival and departure.

Rome Hotel all well. I contacted them twice, with conferm info. Simple response I am again confirmed. Will check as possible when we land in Rome.
