Rome Hotels, Hotel Lunetta or Hotel Damaso

Hi all, I have analysis paralysis deciding between these two hotels. Will be there in very hot weather. Any help on tipping the scale in one direction or the other? Much appreciated!

We stayed at Hotel Damaso in May and loved it — will definitely return. The building is lovely, the rooms are updated (charging ports, modern bathroom facilities, etc), the breakfast is great, and the people who work there are very nice and helpful. We loved sitting on the rooftop with our cocktails at the end of the day. Loved coming back to our room and comfy robes at night after a long day on the go. Housekeeping was excellent, too. Location is great— we walked pretty much everywhere.
