Can anyone recommend a nice Hotel in Rome perhaps near the Spanish Steps. We are trying to stay on a budget of approx 150-250 euros. Thanks for any suggestions.

Fran, make sure you use the Google Advance search (see the sticky at the top of the board) and not the search bar on Rick's site which is terrible and doesn't work right.
There is a thread at the bottom of the first page called "Hotel in Rome?" and the last poster, Greg, mentions a hotel in the Spanish Steps area.
