We need to urgently change our travel to NZ. We are in Naples and scheduled to fly Bologna to NZ via Dubai. Dubai is no longer is no longer an option for obvious reasons.
We have to urgently book out of Rome. As we are a bit panicked and don't have time to browse the forum, any hotel suggestions near Rome train station will be appreciated, I assume a taxi to Rome airport will then be the best option.
Hotel Sonya and Aberdeen Hotel are often mentioned as good choices.
I stayed at Aberdeen and would do so again
Hi, wow, you have certainly had a very hectic “vacation” this time. Near Roma Centrale I like Hotel Mecenate a lot. It’s just a few blocks - maybe 5 minutes from the station.
Otherwise, if you want the ease of being at the airport for your flight, I always stay at the Hilton there. It’s overpriced, but it gives you extra sleeping time since it’s a quick covered walkway to the check in counter.

The Leonardo Express train at the station goes directly to the airport- very easy & runs frequently.
Thank you for your suggestions. Once we rejig our flights we will sort the hotels. Hilton is looking good, as is Aberdeen.
