Rome Hotel with Outdoor Sitting Area

I'll be traveling in late October and want to stay in a Hotel (possibly in Trastevere) with a nice outdoor sitting area to relax in the mornings and evenings. Any hotel come to mind? Thanks.

We really enjoyed our mornings sitting on the rooftop terrace at the Marriott next to the Borghese gardens. The views are pretty incredible. Harry’s Bar was right across the street a d Trastavere was a pleasant walking distance.

2019 I stayed 3 nights in Villa della Fonte in the heart of Travestere. The hotel is small, but the hosts are wonderful. There’s an outdoor terrace where breakfast is served. I had a bottle of a liqueur that I purchased in Croatia. I wanted to share it with other guests and mentioned it to the host (June I think). She brought out a tray of snacks, glasses and all we needed to share a little picnic before dinner. Such wonderful people.

Albergo di Senato (Pantheon) has a nice rooftop terrace. Pretty popular for evening sunset. I did not try to go up there the two mornings I was there so I don’t know if it’s open mornings. The Marrriott Borghese sounds incredible being higher up. If you go to Booking.com and search hotels in or near your preferred area, they have lots of pics posted.

We stayed at Albergo del Senato and loved it. Rooftop terrace was very nice, the Pantheon out our window at night was incredible, and the location right on the square in front of the Pantheon was absolutely wonderful.

I haven't stayed here but I stumbled across this hotel earlier this year doing a Google search for Trastevere hotels. https://www.hotelsantamariatrastevere.it

What caught my eye may be what you are looking for:
Our facilities include a hotel bar, rooftop solarium and internal garden and orangery in which to enjoy all manner of refreshments.

HI Alex, Trastevere rocks, it is Rome's coolest neighborhood. It may be a bit pricey to sleep in but the food in this area is good and the window shopping will catch your eye repeatedly.

Same here, we've stayed there a couple of times and the view from the roof terrace is wonderful. The gardens themselves are a pleasure to wander around in and if you want an iconic, albeit expensive, drink then Harry's Bar is opposite the hotel.

I second the Villa Della Fonte - stayed here in 2018 - small (6 rooms maybe?) but very friendly service- good breakfast - and wonderful outdoor seating including a small spiral staircase to the upper level - great to sit and have wine after touring. Also - check out the Hotel Santa Maria in Trastevere. Stayed here in 2005 and it was just amazing. Superb service - great breakfast too. It was a convent at one time and the rooms surround a courtyard where they have tables/chairs and you can order wine and they have small snacks to munch on. Pricier than the Della Fonte but well worth it. Trastevere is where we love to stay in Rome. Great restaurants - little bars - hidden streets. Just magical!

Give Hotel Savoy Roma a look! Located near Via Vittorio Veneto, I believe, just outside the grounds of Villa Borghese. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and their lovely roof-top terrace. Not sure how close to Trastevere, though. Enjoy :)

The Beehive (near Termini - not Trastevere) has a wonderful courtyard! In case you're willing to consider Termini. I've stayed two times and love it!!

Boy, if the Hotel Santa Maria in Trastevere doesn't meet that description, I don't know what does!
