I've been looking for either a VRBO or hotel with rooms for 5 people in Rome. I have a few apartments bookmarked on VRBO but wanted to see if there were any that I'm missing?
Has anyone stayed at Via Ripetto Luxury Apartments? They look fantastic but the price seems too good to be true...

Hotels in Europe rarely have rooms to accommodate five guests. Three or four, sometimes— but rarely five. You might try a site such as Trivago.com or Booking.com and use the filter menu to narrow the search down to apartments, some of which could accommodate five guests.
