Rome Hotel Lilium

My wife and I are traveling to Europe in September and have the majority of our trip planned. However, with so many choices of places to stay in Rome we are having a tough time narrowing it down.
Any places you can recommend? We are looking at B&B's too. Trying to keep price around $200 or less per night and hoping for a central location. We will arrive at main train station and would like to visit Coliseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Stairs and of course the Vatican. We've been recommended Hotel Lilium and got a 170 Euro/night for a triple. Good place? Good Price?

I have also had a tough time figuring out where best to stay in the Fall. I don't know about Hotel Lilium but I've narrowed it down to two B&B's that we thought sounded nice. Both have excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and were 180 Euro. Both are very close to Piazza Navona. They are Navona Garden Suites (www.navonagardensuites.com) and Maison dell'Orologio (www.hotelromanholiday.it). You can look and see if these are of interest.

I have stayed at Hotel Primavera, but I wouldn't completely recommend it. (I think you can get a better place for the price, however it is a nice location in between Piazza Navona and Campo Di Fiori.) I just booked three nights at Hotel Abruzzi (I found a early booking deal through their website for 101 euro/night, and I appreciate its central location). Have not stayed there yet, so cannot personally recommend it, but it looks like a good stay, has good reviews on both TripAdvisor and Venere - websites you should check out too - and I will let you all know how it is after I stay there in August.
