Rome hotel Casa de Mei and Orvieto

Hi,
First time in Italy for me, although my friend has been there years ago. We'll be there for 3 1/2 weeks in May/June 2018.
The majority of time will be in Tuscany.
The last leg of our trip is to Rome, where we are looking at a place to stay called Casa de Mei.
Has anyone had any experience with this hotel? I don't know what neighborhood it is in as it's hard
to tell from the map. We would be there for 3 or 4 nights, depending on if we decide to stop in Orvieto,
which is my next question. Is a stop in Orvieto worth it? It would be for one night on the way to Rome.
Thanks for any help you can give me. We are relying on trains and buses to get around.

I like Orvieto a lot, but your Rome time is already down to 4 nights, which is pretty short. I guess a lot depends on how you feel about a large hill town vs. a large city.

If you are referring to A Casa di Mei Guest House, it is near Termini Station. Several posters here have found it convenient to stay near the station, but I'm not familiar with that area.

In addition to asking for opinions here, I recommend reading the reviews on booking.com. I see that A Casa di Mei has a very high rating there.

Thank you for your reply. I sometimes wonder how accurate the reviews are on some of the other sites, although I have read them. I trust this site more for honest reviews and discussions.
My first thought was to skip Orvieto. Rome has so many things to see and do.
