Rome-Have you stayed at Gulliver's Place B&B? Roma Pass?

Has anyone stayed at Gulliver's Place B&B? Is the area safe? Is it a convenient part of town? Can we schedule a time for entrance to museums if we buy a Roma Pass? Is this pass good for all transportation? Is it recommended?
Thanks!

Can't help with the B&B but for the Roma Pass...

I recommend it if you are visiting at least 2 of the covered sites + planning to use the bus/metro (subway). The Roma Pass is actually two passes. One is a three-day transportation pass good for unlimited use on the bus & metro until midnight on the third day.

The other part is the card that gets you into two sites free. The only site you would probably need a reservation for, that is covered by the Roma Pass, is the Borghese Gallery (reservations mandatory). I believe you can no longer make the reservation online without also purchasing a ticket, which is inconvenient. We asked our hotel to reserve for us, which they did, then took the reservation + our Roma Pass to the ticket counter at the Borghese and it worked great.
