Rome: Has anyone stayed at or heard of Best B&B near the Pantheon?

It's on Corso V. Emanuele, just 3 blocks south of the Pantheon. Looks lovely and is reasonably priced, well-located. But would love to hear about it from someone who's actually stayed there.

Thanks Steve. I think we've narrowed our Rome accommodations to one of these two:
La Papessa B&B
Residence Al Saraceno

Hopefully one of them will work out!
