Are there Gladiator schools that are fun for young adults, not just children?

I've not heard any good reviews of any of the gladiator schools in Rome. I would skip them all. donna

We (three adults 38, 38 and 42) did it in 2008 and had a good time. If your time is limited then I'd skip it but if you have time, why not? We booked through Viator (who I refuse to use anymore) and if I remember correctly it was the Scuola Gladiatori. I was surprisingly good at the net thing.
