My wife and I are in Italy in February and would like comments on these hotels. Rome: Hotel Crosti. Florence: Hotel Globus. Venice: La Locanda di Orsaria. 7 days each in Rome and Florence and 3 days in Venice.

I, too, like Tripadvisor. However, I have also stayed in RS recommended hotels in all 3 of these cities ain the last couple years and if you want my thoughts on why I liked them, send me a PM. I haven't been to the 3 you mention.
