Rome FCO airport

I am arriving in Rome FCO on American and have a first class seat. Are there any lounges I can access after arriving. I need a place to relax for about 4 hours before being picked up at the airport. It seems that most lounges are on the airside and I believe I will be on landslide after arriving and going through customs.

Hmmm... I'd suggest you call AA and ask if it would be possible for you to go to the lounge after landing.
