We are trying to determine which days will be best to visit the Vatican and the Colosseum in Rome as we only have 2 days. This is the schedule that we found on the Vatican site: Thurs-- 9:30 am Chrism Mass at St. Peter's. Friday--5:30 pm Celebration of Passion at St. Peter's, 9:15 pm Stations of the cross at the Colosseum. Does anyone have a recommendation on which day would be best to visit each place in light of the above schedule?
