Does anyone have suggestions, favorite things to do in Rome during Christmas? Favorite restaurants, must see tours. In addition, can you suggest the best way of traveling from Rome to Padua, St. Anthony's Basilica. Thank you!

Take the train from Rome to Padua. That would seem to be the best way to get there.

Assume Padua/Padova is your next destination and not a day trip?
