I will be arriving at Rome Ciampino airport at 19:40. What is the easiest and most effective way to get to the Amalfi Coast in the shortest amount of time.

Others may have some other suggestions. Night train will only get you as far as Salerno in the middle of the night.

Unless you are willing to spend a few hundred euros for a private transfer with a limo service, you might need to spend the first night in Rome (maybe near the Rome Termini train station) and go the next day. It's too late in the evening for public transportation options and Amalfi is not around the corner from Rome. It's over 3.5 hour trip, as it involves first trains and then bus.
