We will be in Rome on April 21, which I understand is Rome's annual "birthday" celebration. I've heard there is a parade during the day and a nighttime candlelight concert in the Capitoline area and then fireworks after. Anyone have info on this? Are tickets required for the concert? Where is a good place to view the fireworks? And to see the parade?
