Is there some Formula 1 Club open to the public that might have televised views of the race? Probably lots of sports bars...but is there one "that stands out"? September 10th I think?

sorry, until I read the other response to your question, I thought that the question related to Rome and that you are looking for a bar in Rome at which to watch on tv the race being conducted in Monza. But, I misread your question, as the other post makes this clear: You are not looking for bar in Rome to watch on tv the race being conducted in Monza; instead, you are looking for a bar in Monza at which to watch the race being conducted in Monza. This is my fault. So I deleted my response recommending Rome sports bars. I've never been to Monza, but it looks like it would be a lot of fun.

I was able to camp with my family at Monza and met up with man who had a truck with scaffolding who allowed us to sit on his truck to watch the races. Much better than any sports bar! Good luck.

There is not much action in Monza outside the circuit area. It is essentially a wealthy suburb of Milan (Milano). You either get some vantage point to watch the race in the circle, or a trip to Monza is worthless (it would be like travelling to a Super Bowl destinations and not watching the game).
