I think they’re asking about where to find atm’s with the lowest fees in Rome.

Find an ATM that’s part of a bank. They’re all over.

I think the ATMs of the "Poste Italiane" are cheaper than those outside banks, but I'm afraid there aren't many post offices left.
For sure you must use the cash machines called Bancomat, avoid those called ATM.
