ROME Appia Antica San Sebast. gate to metro stop at Piramide

Is this distance walkable. WE want to do the Appia Antica and then walk to San Paul outside the Walls church near the Piramide metro. How long would it take to walk that? Is it a safe walk? Thank you

You can use Google maps to figure distances. And virtually any walk in Rome is a safe walk. Good luck.
