Rome - Alter of Fatherland (Vittoriano e Palazzo Venezia?)

Need some clarification on the viewing (panaromic) terrace at top of the Alter of the Fatherland.

1) Is this the correct place to buy tickets?
https://vive.beniculturali.it/en/vittoriano/what-to-see
2) It talks about a combined ticket. Does that mean entry to the monument as well as the terrace? Is there a way to do one without the other?
3) Where do you enter this thing, and specifically where for the elavators to the terrace.
4) In one place it talks about tickets being valid for 7 days from purchase, but if you go down the path of buying a ticket, it wants you to select a specific day?

(Just tore calf muscle last week so hope this trip doesn't get cancelled for a 3rd time)

Thanks

The entrance to the Sky elevator is located near the cafe around the back of the monument, in the passageway between the monument itself and the adjacent Church of Santa Maria in Aracoeli. Use the stairs at the Piazza del Campidoglio or at the Piazza Ara Coeli for the easiest access.

If you’re having trouble walking up the stairs, there’s an internal elevator, you’ll need to check with one of the guards for that.
