We are returning to the USA from Rome FCO airport early in the morning. Can some recommend a Covid Testing facility close to the Rome Airport the day before as we are staying at the Rome Airport Marriott the night before we fly. Thanks

Have not considered an at home Test to take along to Italy.
I was looking for a Testing site by our hotel - the Marriott Rome Airport - or in the close vicinity of it to get tested the day before we depart for the USA.
So if anyone knows of an actual Covid testing facility close by the Rome airport that would be great. ???

Most pharmacies offer testing, you might need an appointment
Locate your hotel on Google maps then search for nearby pharmacies
You can usually email the pharmacy and ask about testing and appointments
Also check with your hotel, they can likely suggest a nearby location
Consider the proctored self test that is accepted by airlines (check with your airline)
