Yep, Ron in Rome is the expert on this one. Specifically, you'll want to look at these two pages of his: The Roma Trastevere Trenitalia Rail Station and The FR1 Metropolitan train to and from FCO We'll be doing this ourselves this coming May, since we'll be staying in Trastevere again.
