We have a 1010 AM flight this Sunday to go home to the US. We are staying near the Pantheon and will take a car service to the Rome airport - please let me know best guess as to when to leave the hotel. Guessing that traffic not an issue on a Sunday morning but want to get there early so no stress - opinions welcome and thanks!

Your hotel's concierge (or front desk if there isn't a concierge) would be a good source of info on this.

You should be at the airport 3 hours prior (that is what most airline recommend).
You hotel can summon a taxicab for you and generally they arrive within 5 min from the call.
Your hotel desk can also book it the day before.
At that time in the morning the taxi ride is about 30-35 min. So try to leave by 6:30 and you will be fine.
The flat taxi fare is 55€
