I have used Suntransfers countless times and have had good luck with them in the past. I tried to book my next pick up / drop off and the website wouldn't take my credit card. I called customer service and they said that they were unable to take payments over the phone at this time. My questions are:

I used Rome Cabs (not a cab company - private transfers) in June. They were awesome.
Jack, is it possible you're trying to use a card they don't accept? Are you trying to book over the phone versus online? I do notice that they state "All our bookings are pre-booked, prepaid and made online."
If you don't think either is the issue, have you tried contacting them via Live Chat to see what the issue is?

We've also use Rome Cabs a number of times and have always been happy with the service. We send an email detailing our needs and get a reply the same or next day. Don't think you can go wrong using them.
