Looking for a recommend car service to take four women from FCO to our Airbnb in Lazio, Rome. We are arriving at 6:50 pm on the 20th of October from California and will be exhausted.

I do not understand very well whether your Airbnb is somewhere in the countryside in Lazio or whether it is in Rome. Rome is in the Lazio Region. But the Lazio region is very big. It can be as far as 100 miles from Rome.
If it is very far from Rome, you might need take a train or a bus or rent a car.
If Airbnb is in Rome, I would ask them if they eventually can pick you up or send you someone.
If they can’t just take a normal taxi asking them for the fare beforehand.

Your AirBNB host should have a recommendation or they will arrange a pick up for a fee, just ask them. It may be a family member that picks you up or a friend of theirs but we always found who ever picks us up to be friendly, clean car and trustworthy. They usually are standing in a predesignated area holding a sign with our name.
