Rome Airport Hotel

There are two Hilton's, a Garden Inn with shuttle and a regular Hilton that I believe is walkable. They are overpriced and can get fully booked. Have a great trip.

We always stay at the Hilton that is walkable to terminal.

The Hilton is walkable, well signed and runs a regular shuttle into the city. Nice hotel. Been there several times. You can even get a day room upon arrival from America.

The Hotel Tiber is near the airport and they have a shuttle to the airport for a fee. You’d need to contact the hotel for the fee amount. We stayed there several years ago and it was very nice. Restaurant is on site and was quite good for dinner and breakfast.

Is having a shuttle a must? There is a direct train from the Rome terminal to the airport that will have you there in less than an hour. Sorry if you don’t mind taking that train, you can stay anywhere near the Rome terminal.
