Anyone familiar with this airpot? We have a 6:30 flight. Will there be any restaurants open??

Yes, but calling it a restaurant is a stretch. Coffee bars with pasties will be open.

HarLyn, I'm assuming your flight is at 06:30 and not 18:30?? As previous replies mentioned, the only options will likely be coffee bars where you can obtain a beverage, Cornetto, etc. There's a Frescobaldi Wine Bar in one of the Terminals, but that wouldn't be my choice at that time of the morning. Last June I had a 6:30am flight to Amsterdam from Rome and I believe the coffee shop didn't open until 6 am. When we first got to the gate, nothing was open yet in the secured area, but just before we boarded we were able to grab a coffee and pastry.

Assuming you mean Fiumicino, that's exactly the problem with those early flights. Yes, there are places where you can get food, but nothing will be open that early. Take some food with you to eat in the airport.
