Rome Airport

I have Global Entry and don't think Rome participates. Does the Rome airport have a Fast Track lane? If so, who can use it?
Or, anyone know of a special service that will meet people and escort them through customs?

We're traveling in April and wondering the wait times.

Thanks for any advice!

I doubt you need somebody that escorts you while walking under a sign that says "nothing to declare"; maybe you mean immigration and passport checks?

You are going through immigration in Rome only if FCO airport (or CIA) is your entry point into the Schengen Agreement Area.

The waiting times depend on when in April, around Easter and the 25th both Rome airports will be more crowded than usual. At other times, the number of passengers who died of old age while queueing at Rome's airports is surprisingly small.

Global entry only works at US points of entry. No “fast track” at passport control. I don’t remember a long wait at passport control, but your experience may vary.

We’ve flown into Rome 3 times recently and never had much wait at passport control
One of those arrivals was on a holiday weekend as Dario mentions.
It’s very efficient and well marked ( in English).
