We are suppose to travel Rome today, E U summits happening and. Craziness, any suggestions to reroute.. Is it safe?

Sue, unless I'm missing something I don't see anything out of the ordinary happening in Rome, other than Trump's visit and he's gone on to Brussels. Some conferences but nothing I'd think would be "craziness." There might be some local protests associated with G7 (in Sicily on Fri - Sat) or other issue but the only caution from the U.S. embassy was for one held yesterday, and it was not supposed to be a big deal:
The E.U. Summit in Rome was back in March.

Military and police may have a greater presence, but nothing to worry about, in my opinion.
