I visited Rome bout 6 years ago.I went to a theater that you sat in a section for the language you spoke. It was a movie of cameras that went to the top of the sistene chapel, statue of David and every other interesting spot of Rome.Would like to revisit since i am now traveling with a elderly person who would enjoy this. Not to far from the coliseum.
Not sure what you're talking about but the statue of David is in Florence, not Rome.
Donna
Sounds like it was a movie of things in Italy that was shown in Rome
Was it Time Elevator Roma?
Good guess that it was Time Elevator. Taking a glance at the trailer film of the movie (on the attraction's website), it does have a quick run-by of "David" as an illustration of the Italian Renaissance era. No, he's not in Rome but as it's just a quick clip, it's not exactly in context.
Pam, that one is a combination simulator and 3D movie, though: the seats bump, jerk and move around, and it has some other effects which have bothered people with motion sickness. Does this sound like what you did?
