Romatic day and evening in Venice

Thank you for your help. We will be in Venice for our 44th Anniversary in June 2020. We will have 48 hours in Venice, half day before and after our anniversary and my husband would like to do something romantic and memorable. I have looked into doing a gondola ride, a sunrise and breakfast tour and a dinner/sunset tour but looking at the reviews, have seen a lot of negative comments about each one for the price.
I need suggestions as to how to spend our time while in Venice. I am a photographer and have already mapped out the best place for a sunrise (anniversary day) and the best bridge for the sunset (pre-anniversary day). Just need suggestions on a great restaurant where we can see the sunset while dinning or some other excursion. The best company to do a gondola ride or even a sunset cruise that are hospitable and informative. A walking tour or just the must see places in Venice. Any suggestions are welcomed.
Thanks,

Cindy

Row Venice does a sunset "happy hours" experience, on the smaller, quiet canals. We didn't do the evening tour, but did the morning tour, which involved rowing lessons. Just google them.
Safe travels!

If you will be getting a vaporetto pass -- just get on after dinner and watch the lighted buildings as you float by.

Since this is an anniversary trip, why not splurge? After a nice dinner, have a romantic sit down drink at one of the cafes at San Marco that has musicians. You can even do a little dancing if you like. A little on the pricey side, but something everyone should do at least once.

A drink in the Piazza after dinner would hit the spot. Both Quadri and Florians orchestras will be playing. Florians has just celebrated their 300th anniversary.
