We are planning on spending our wedding anniversary (1st October) in Rome, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of were we could have a romantic stay? Or if any other suggestions of nice places?

Palazzo Navona, newish design hotel redone in ancient palazzo. Near Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooftop bar.

I second Hotel Navona. Great location next to the Piazza Novona, close to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Great staff, breakfast and they have a lift.

That hotel looks very nice and we love the Piazza Novanna. But if your tastes run less modern, more elaborate decorating, we loved the Albergo del Senato. It overlooks the pantheon andvalso has a rooftop bar.
