Can anyone suggest a great place to have dinner for a special occasion in the Menaggio/Lake Como region?
Varenna, on Como across from Bellagio, is exquisite.
There are hosts of lakeside restaurants and the ambience is superb. Almost anyplace on the lake is fine.
