This is just a little info on accomodations not listed by Rick that I found out about from a hotel that is listed by Rick. I sent several emails to hotels in Rome referenced in Rick's 2007 Italy book. The Hotel Giardino sent back a websit for Roman Rooms--www.romanrooms.it. It is a B&B and I was very plesantly surprised that the accomodations looked better (more comfortable and nicer looking) than others in the book. Also, the prices were about 10E per night less for a double with bath. Some of you may be interested in taking a look. It's close to the Termini and the proprietor was very helpful with instructions on how to get to the B&B from the station--good English.
