Are tickets to the Forum only available anywhere and any advice on where to purchase ?
Alternatively, can you suggest a good guide or tour ?
We have been to the Colliseum and Palatine Hill already and just want the Forum this trip, so wouldn’t use the combo ticket . Thanks all.

Meg, I can't help you with a guide but I've never heard of a Forum-only ticket. As far as I know, all of the general-entry tickets include Forum/Palatine/Colosseum. But they're inexpensive enough, IMHO, to just skip what you don't want to see again.

There isn’t an official forum only ticket, but you don’t have to go to the other included sights. I’d just buy it at the forum (not usually too busy) and go in. I can’t help with guides, sorry
The forum and Palatine are connected, I don’t recall a ticket check between them so there would be no way to have a ticket that included one and not the other. The Colosseum is a separate entrance, so they could ticket separately but last I remember they do not.

The ticket is only sold as a combo ticket for 12 euros. There are no single site tickets. Of course, you don't have to visit the other two sites but you can if you wish.

Someone in the Colosseum ticket line would love to be given the remainder of your combo ticket once you have seen everything you want this trip.
