My tour includes colloseum but not these 2. Are there tours that don't include all 3

As I recall, the same ticket covers entry into the Forum, Colosseum, and Palatine Hill. That's if you're DIY.
If instead you have a particular tour in mind, you could check the website for the description of what's included in the tour you have in mind.

Palatine hill and the Forum is more of a walk through and read the signs or a walk tour from one of the guidebooks. Not a lot of see in detail.

Been round Forum several times and still find it fascinating. Cant do better than to use RS guide to Forum.

We’ve toured Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum on our own twicw. No need for a tour.
