We are going in October. Is it possible to tour the colosseum and see both the underground and the attic? With a tour guide?

In September 2022, I toured the Colosseum with tour guide Francesca Caruso: https://francescacaruso.com/. I believe I remember her say that groups tour the underground, though our group did not go there. However, we toured the attic. Francesca's email is on the website. If you would like to hire her to be a guide, she's highly recommended. Francesca is a brilliant guide. We also toured Ostia Antica with her.

I've never seen a tour that includes both. As it currently stands, the attic is a separate ticket from the underground, and they are only selling tickets for 8 people per time slot. I see that with the exception of 4 tickets on Sept. 4th, the attic is completely sold out on the official website for the next 30 days.
Yes, Francesca Caruso is a big fan favorite with the RS posters who've been on one of her tours! Be aware that, according to her website, it doesn't appear as if she purchases the advance, timed-entry tickets necessary for entry to the interior of Colosseum, and her tours doesn't include the underground. I'd confirm that with her if you're interested in booking her.
She also hasn't updated her website yet to include the correct website for reserving Colosseum tickets; it's no longer coopculture.
