roma tiburtina floor plan

Does anyone have the Roma Tiburtina floor plan? I'm trying to figure out where the FM1 arrives from FCO & where the high speed train to Florence departs. Flying into Rome then train to Florence. Trying to decide whether to go to Roma Termini or Roma Tiburtina. I've been to Termini station, but not Roma Tiburtina.

It's irrelevant. The FL to Fiumicino stops at track no 1 and 5 since last month (they just expanded the station last month to add five new tracks). The high speed trains don't share the same tracks as the local lines so you still need to transfer tracks using the new overhead bridge gallery. If you've never seen it, go to Tiburtina. It has been totally redone (opened 2 years ago) and it was a nice engineering feat compared to the piece of junk it used to be decades ago.

In addition to the most excellent comment provided by Roberto.

I really like Tiburtina station. The facilities for Italo passengers by - my memory fails me - a high numbered platform something like 14 are very good with free wifi, there are escalators going every where that, last summer anyway, all were working, it isn't a crowded station, and the new overbridge is very wide and easy to use. In addition - not for you but perhaps for others - there is a pretty big bus station outside with the 492 bus which goes past many of the Centro Storico destinations as well as Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona then across the river into Prati and the Vatican.

It may not have all the shops and restaurants of Termini but for me the lack of crowds and smooth transition is worth a lot. Besides which, Italo provides a much nicer experience than Freccia - IMHO.
