Hi,
Has anyone used Roma shuttle for airport to hotel transfer? Do u recommend? I registered for transportation on their website and received an automated email back stating my “registration has been received, a confirmation will follow in a separate email. If you don’t receive a confirmation please email or call.” So, after 2 weeks I sent a follow up email, attaching their automated email for reference. Still have not heard... I’m was trying to avoid incurring fees of an international call. Is this a typical wait time?

I have used them twice and they were excellent both times. We used them in both directions (going from FCO to hotel and hotel to FCO). The last time was in 2015. For one of the trips, we had a group of 8. The driver met us at FCO with what looked like a brand new van that held exactly 8 passengers and luggage. The other time we used the service, our plane landed on time, but we were stuck on it for about 45 minutes due to a jetway problem. The driver was waiting for us.
On both trips we had an early morning pickup scheduled at our hotel near the Spanish Steps. The driver arrived about 20 minutes early both times.

Thank you RD! It’s good to know you had a positive experience with them! I’m at the 5 week count down... so I’m hoping I get a response soon! My inistial registration process required my credit card info. I don’t like that I put it out there and haven’t received confirmation yet but at the same time I’ve heard several good things about them so I’m holding out hope for now.
