We are going to Rome for 2 weeks this June.Which one would offer better value.

If you are going to be in the city for the entire 2 weeks, get both, just not at the same time. Generally I think that the Roma pass is the better deal b/c it included public transportation...those metro rides can really add up! Although I will recomend not staying in Rome for the whole 2 weeks. Get out and explore a bit. Italy is a beautiful country and just seeing Rome is like coming to the US and only seeing New York. At least day trip to Florence, Siena, Pompie, and Amalfi.
