I have purchased a Roma Pass, which I should be able to use at the Borghese Gallery. Can anyone advise how I go about coordinating the Borghese's advanced reservation system with the use of the Roma Pass? Or should I just use the Roma Pass for other things, and book the Borghese tickets separately?

Call them and make your reservation over the phone.
We did- and they did not charge anything to do so. We will show the Roma pass when we arrive as payment.

Since the Borghese Gallery is a bit more expensive, use the Roma Pass for it. We called ahead and made reservations over the phone. You must tell them you have a Roma Pass and will show it when you get there, you just want a reservation number. I was a little anxious at first when we walked up to the counter, but lo and behold they had our reservation # all plugged in and we were good to go!
