Ciao a tutti!
I am re-reading Rick Steves' Italy 2008; I'm "currently in Rome" again :) and reading about the Passes available. In the book, there is the Roma Pass and the Archeologia Card. On the website referenced, there is the Roma Pass and the Roma e Più Pass, but I don't see an Archeolgia Card. The Roma e Più does not appear to be as good a deal as the Archeologia Card Rick spoke about; did they make a change to what cards are available since the book was printed? Or am I not looking in the right place?
Grazie!
Robyn
This about.com posting does a nice job of explaining all of the different passes that are available.

Note that the Roma Pass (usually recommended on this site) and the Roma Piu Pass are not the same. The Roma Pass is good for the Colosseum/Forum/Palentine (1 use), Borghese Gallery, Nat'l Museum of Rome, Capitoline Museum, and maybe a couple other places, plus it gives you a 3-day transportation pass.
The Archeologica card costs more, last for 7 days (more than most travellers spend in Rome), doesn't include transportation or the Borghese Gallery.
Which card you want to use will depend on what sites you want to see and how you plan to get about.
Thanks, I'll go look that up on that site. I wonder why it doesn't mention the Archeologia card on that website in RS book?
