Roma Pass and by-passing line-ups

If I purchase the roma pass and decide to use one of my free bees on colossieum/Palatine Hill, can I still bypass line-ups if I go to patatine hill before colossieum. Do they still work like a combo ticket?

Yes, they do. You can also avoid a line by purchasing your ticket on-line and printing it out at home. You only have to commit to a specific day, not a specific time of that day.
